High-stability premixed synchronous grouting material
The invention relates to a high-stability premixed synchronous grouting material. Each cubic meter of the synchronous grouting material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 180 partsof cement, 371 parts of fly ash, 770-780 parts of sand, 35-45 parts of bentonite, 1 part of cellulose, 10 parts of a water reducing agent and 400 parts of water. Under the condition that the adding amount of cement water is fixed, the adding proportion of bentonite is controlled to be 35-45 parts by weight, the obtained synchronous grouting material is good in workability and high in stability, the homogeneity of the grouting material is improved through the proper doping amount of bentonite, and the pumpability of the grouting material is improved.
一种高稳定性的预拌同步注浆料，每立方米所述同步注浆料包括如下重量份的组分：水泥180份、粉煤灰371份、砂770‑780份、膨润土35‑45份、纤维素1份、减水剂10份及水400份。本发明在水泥合水的加入量固定的情况下，控制膨润土的添加比例为35‑45重量份，得到的同步注浆料和易性良好、稳定性高，膨润土合适的掺杂量提高了注浆液的均质性，增大了浆液的可泵性。
