The invention relates to the technical field of shield synchronous grouting materials, in particular to a cementing material for synchronous grouting, a synchronous grouting material and a preparation method. The cementing material for synchronous grouting is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 20 to 30 parts of superfine slag powder, 20 to 40 parts of high-calcium fly ash, 20 to 30 parts of superfine steel slag powder, 7 to 15 parts of byproduct gypsum, 5 to 8 parts of carbide slag and 3 to 5 parts of superfine silica fume. The high-performance composite exciting agent for the gelling material for synchronous grouting comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 30-50 parts of sodium silicate, 8-15 parts of caustic soda, 5-15 parts of sodium carbonate, 30-50 parts of anhydrous sodium sulphate and 0-100 parts of water. The invention also prepares a single-slurry synchronous grouting material and a double-slurry synchronous grouting material, the setting time can be accurately controlled from more than ten seconds to several hours through formula adjustment, and the performance after hardening can completely meet or even exceed the mechanical property of the traditional cement mortar grouting material.
本发明涉及盾构同步注浆材料技术领域,具体为一种同步注浆用胶凝材料及同步注浆材料和制备方法。同步注浆用胶凝材料的原料按质量份数计包括:矿渣微粉20‑30份,高钙粉煤灰20‑40份,超细钢渣粉20‑30份,副产石膏7‑15份,电石渣5‑8份,超细硅灰3‑5份;用于同步注浆用胶凝材料的高性能复合激发剂的原料按照质量份数计,硅酸钠30‑50份,烧碱8‑15份,纯碱5‑15份,元明粉30‑50份,水0‑100份。本发明还制备了单液浆同步注浆材料和双液浆同步注浆材料,其凝结时间可通过配方调整实现十几秒到几小时的精确控制,并且硬化后性能完全可以满足甚至超过传统水泥砂浆类注浆材料的力学性能。
