The method relates to the technical field of baking-free bricks, and comprises the following steps: (1)dipping treatment on fly ash, namely carrying out dipping treatment on the fly ash by adopting an ammonium dihydrogen phosphate solution for 40 minutes, and then filtering and drying to obtain dippedfly ash; (2) heat treatment: carrying out heating treatment on the impregnated fly ash at the heating temperature of 700-800 DEG C, carrying out heat preservation for 2 hours, and then naturally cooling to room temperature to obtain heat-treated fly ash; (3) clay treatment: mixing clay with a sodium silicate solution to obtain composite clay; and (4) mixing the composite clay and the heat-treatedfly ash, carrying out compression molding, and drying to constant weight, thereby obtaining the product.
