Method for preparing porous oxide microspheres by using geopolymer as binder
The invention discloses a method for preparing porous oxide microspheres by using a geopolymer as a binder, which comprises the following steps: proportionally mixing different types of oxide powder and geopolymer slurry according to the characteristic that the geopolymer has quick curing property at 60-120 DEG C, pouring into high-speed dispersed hot silicone oil, and carrying out maintenance, suction filtration, cleaning and drying to obtain different types of porous oxide microsphere precursors; and calcining for 0.5-10 h at the temperature of 500-1200 DEG C to obtain the required porous oxide microspheres. The geopolymer binder used in the invention is wide in raw material source, and the whole preparation process is simple to operate, low in energy consumption, low in cost, green andenvironment-friendly. The porous inorganic microspheres prepared by the method have larger pore volume and specific surface area, controllable preparation of particle size and pore diameter is realized, the degree of sphericity is high, and the method has great advantages and application prospects in the aspect of preparation of oxide microspheres.
本发明公开了一种利用地质聚合物作为粘结剂制备多孔氧化物微球的方法,利用地质聚合物在60‑120℃下具有快速固化的特性,将不同种类的氧化物粉体和地质聚合物浆料按照比例混合,然后将其倒入高速分散的热硅油中,经养护、抽滤、清洗、干燥得到不同种类的多孔氧化物微球前驱体;并在500‑1200℃煅烧0.5‑10h即可获得所需的多孔氧化物微球。本发明使用的地质聚合物粘结剂原料来源广泛,整个制备流程操作简单、能耗低、成本低廉、绿色环保。本发明所制备的多孔无机微球具有较大的孔体积和比表面积,实现了粒径和孔径的可控制备,并且球形度高,该方法在氧化物微球制备方面具有很大的优势和应用前景。
