According to the invention, polishing and cleaning of road surface accumulated snow or road surface frozen ice blocks are effectively achieved, the road surface accumulated snow or frozen ice blocks can be partially melted through a high-heat probe rod, the probe rod can be directly inserted into the road surface, road surface height information is detected through the probe rod, height adaptability adjustment of the grinding disc is achieved, and the situation that the grinding disc abrades the road surface is avoided; and meanwhile, the attachment degree between the grinding disc and the road surface is improved, and the cleaning effect on accumulated snow or frozenice blocks on the road surface is improved.
