Pretensioned prefabricated concrete support member, inner support system and construction method
The invention belongs to the field of underground foundation pit engineering, and particularly relates to a pretensioned prefabricated concrete support member and a construction method. The pretensioned prefabricated concrete support member comprises a concrete structure and two end steel structures, wherein the concrete structure comprises concrete with a hollow part, a reinforcement framework and a plurality of prestressed longitudinal bars are arranged in the concrete, both ends of the reinforcement framework are respectively connected with the two end steel structures, and both ends of each prestressed longitudinal bar respectively penetrate through upward prestressed bar tensioning holes of the two end steel structures and are anchored in the end steel structures. The invention further provides an inner support system and a construction method. The adopted assembly type inner support is formed in a way that the pretensioned prefabricated concrete support members are spliced, and adisassembly cushion block is arranged between at least two adjacent pretensioned prefabricated concrete support members. According to the pretensioned prefabricated concrete support member, the innersupport system and the construction method, the bearing capacity, the deformation resistance, the integrity and the joint rigidity of the assembly type support can be improved, the difficulty in disassembly of the prefabricated concrete support member can be reduced, and the disassembly efficiency of the assembly type support is improved.
本发明属于地下基坑工程领域,具体涉及一种先张法预制混凝土支撑构件及施工方法,包括混凝土结构及两端头钢结构;混凝土结构包括具有中空部的混凝土,混凝土内配置有钢筋骨架和多根预应力纵筋,钢筋骨架的两端分别与两端头钢结构连接,各预应力纵筋的两端分别穿过两端头钢结构向上的预应力筋张拉孔并锚于端头钢结构内;本发明还提供一种内支撑系统及施工方法,其采用的装配式内支撑由上述的先张法预制混凝土支撑构件拼接而成,且至少其中两个相邻的先张法预制混凝土支撑构件之间设有拆卸垫块。本发明能提高装配式支撑的承载能力、抗变形能力、整体性以及节点刚度,还能降低预制混凝土支撑构件拆卸的难度,提高装配式支撑的拆卸效率。
