APPARATUS OF MANUFACTURING PRETENSIONED CONCRETE MEMBER AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING PRETENSIONED CONCRETE MEMBER USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to an apparatus of manufacturing a pretensioned concrete member and a method of manufacturing a pretensioned concrete member by using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus of manufacturing a pretensioned concrete member, which manufactures a girder member by pouring concrete such that tendons are embedded in a state of extending the tendons in advance, comprises: a mold bottom plate on which a mold for manufacturing a girder member is placed; a reaction beam which supports reaction in a state of extending tendons in advance; a holding beam which is coupled in a direction crossing the reaction beam between the mold bottom plate and the reaction beam; a first transfer unit which is transferred along a first rail unit by mounting a girder member manufactured through the mold bottom plate; and a second transfer unit which receives the girder member transferred to an end of the first rail unit from the first transfer unit, and transfers the girder member to a loading place along a second rail unit.
본 발명은 프리텐션 콘크리트 부재 제작 장치 및 이를 이용한 프리텐션 콘크리트 부재 제작 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 프리텐션 콘크리트 부재 제작 장치는 긴장재를 미리 인장시킨 상태에서 긴장재가 매립되도록 콘크리트를 타설하여 거더 부재를 제작하는 프리텐션 콘크리트 부재 제작 장치로서, 거더 부재를 제작하기 위한 거푸집이 안착되는 거푸집 바닥판, 상기 거푸집 바닥판의 하측에 연결되며, 긴장재를 미리 인장시킨 상태에서 반력을 지지하는 반력빔, 상기 거푸집 바닥판과 상기 반력빔 사이에서 상기 반력빔과 교차하는 방향으로 결합되는 거치빔, 상기 거푸집 바닥판을 통해 제작된 거더 부재를 탑재하여 제1 레일부를 따라 이송하는 제1 이송부, 및 상기 제1 레일부의 말단까지 이송된 거더 부재를 상기 제1 이송부로부터 전달 받으며, 제2 레일부를 따라 거더 부재를 적재장소까지 이송하는 제2 이송부를 포함한다.
