The invention provides a station-tunnel combined construction column-free subway station transfer joint structure which comprises a road tunnel top plate, an upper-layer structural steel beam and a lower-layer structural steel beam. The road tunnel top plate is located above a transverse subway station top plate, the upper-layer structural steel beam is connected to the lower portion of the road tunnel top plate, and the lower-layer structural steel beam is connected to the upper portion of the transverse subway station top plate. A plurality of anti-torque short columns are arranged between the upper-layer structural steel beam and the lower-layer structural steel beam, one ends of the anti-torque short columns are connected with the lower-layer structural steel beam, gaps are formed between the other ends of the anti-torque short columns and the upper-layer structural steel beam, the shear piers are connected with the upper-layer structural steel beam, and one side faces of the shearpiers make contact with one side faces of the anti-torque short columns. By means of the structure, the upper-layer structural steel beam and the lower-layer structural steel beam in the tunnel sidewall portal plane deform independently, stress is simple, force transmission is clear, reinforcement in the upper-layer structural steel beam and the lower-layer structural steel beam is easy, and cracks of the beams at the two ends of the portal are easy to control.
