The structure comprises a circular blow-off pipe and a spiral brush; the spiral brush is rotationally installed in theblow-off pipe through a supporting frame; the center axis of the spiral brush and the center axis of the blow-off pipe are collinear; the tail ends of brush wires on the outer side of the spiral brushmake contact with the inner side face of the blow-off pipe; a plurality of first permanent magnets arranged in an annular array are embedded in the pipe wall of the blow-off pipe; a plurality of second permanent magnets arranged in an annular array are installed in the spiral brush; the centrifugal ends of the second permanent magnets and the centripetal ends of the first permanent magnets are the same magnetic poles; a plurality of vibration cavities distributed in an annular array are formed in the spiral brush; and tuning forks and trigger balls are arranged in the vibration cavities. Theself-cleaning structure has the beneficial effects that the principle of homopolar repulsion of electromagnets is utilized, and the acting force of homopolar repulsion between the first permanent magnets and the second permanent magnets is utilized, so that the spiral brush rotates in the blow-off pipe, the brush wires clean the inner side surface of the blow-off pipe, and self-cleaning of the blow-off pipe is realized.
