After the outer wall is formed through pouring, the screwrod hole is formed, the prefabricated cement plug is inserted into the screw rod hole, the screw hole is filled, the screw rod hole is thoroughly blocked through waterproof mortar, the interior is compact, the hidden danger of water leakage is reduced, the phenomenon of water leakage is avoided, and the waterproof performance of the outer wall is improved.
