WATERPROOF STRUCTURE OF OUTER WALL TILE, AND WATERPROOF CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF OUTER WALL TILE
To provide a waterproof structure of an outer wall tile and a waterproof construction method of an outer wall tile that provide waterproofness without spoiling designability of a tile attached to a building structure.SOLUTION: A waterproof structure of an outer wall tile is characterized by forming a transparent primer layer, a transparent intermediate coating layer, and a transparent protective layer. The transparent primer layer is formed by coating a face and a joint of an outer wall tile with a silicon acrylic resin primer containing an amino-group-containing acryl resin and epoxysilane. The transparent intermediate coating layer is formed by applying a transparent polyurea resin coating material containing an adduct of a non-yellowing isocyanate prepolymer with a number average of functional groups of 3.5-4.5, an alicyclic polyamine having only a secondary amino group, hydrophilic fine powder silica, a rheology control agent, a light stabilizer, an ultraviolet absorber, and a silane compound having two or more alkoxy groups bonded to a silicon atom in one molecule. The transparent protective layer is formed by applying an acrylic silicon resin coating material containing a light stabilizer and an ultraviolet absorber.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】建築物に貼付けられたタイルの意匠性を損なうことなく防水性を付与する外壁タイル防水構造、及び外壁タイル防水工法を提供する。【解決手段】外壁タイル面及び目地に、アミノ基含有アクリル樹脂と、エポキシシランと、を含むシリコンアクリル樹脂プライマーを塗付して透明プライマー層を形成し、アダクト体であって数平均官能基数が３．５～４．５である無黄変イソシアネートプレポリマー無黄変イソシアネートプレポリマーと、第２級アミノ基のみを有する脂環式ポリアミンと、親水性微粉シリカと、レオロジーコントロール剤と、光安定剤と、紫外線吸収剤と、１分子中にケイ素原子に結合しているアルコキシ基を２個以上有するシラン化合物と、を含む透明なポリウレア樹脂塗材を塗付して透明中塗層を形成し、光安定剤と、紫外線吸収剤と、を含むアクリルシリコン樹脂塗材を塗付して透明保護層を形成したことを特徴とする外壁タイル防水構造である。【選択図】なし
