The invention discloses a fabricated building insulation board. The fabricated building insulation board comprises an insulation board body, a shock absorption assembly and a plurality of assembly inserting pieces, wherein the insulation board body is provided with a first end and a second end which are opposite to each other, the first end extends in the board surface direction of the insulationboard body to form a connecting plug, and the second end is provided with a socket groove for allowing the connecting plug of the adjacent insulation board body to be inserted; the shock absorption assembly comprises a protective plate box and shock absorption springs, the protective board box is overlapped on the insulation board body, the size of the cluster section of the protective board box is matched with the size of the longitudinal section of the insulation board body, the shock absorption springs are arranged in the protective board box in the thickness direction of the insulation board body, and the two ends of each shock absorption spring are connected to the two opposite inner side walls of the protective board box; and the multiple assembly inserting pieces are used for beinginstalled on a building structure and connected to the side, away from the shock absorption assembly, of the insulation board body. The problems that an existing fabricated insulation board is poor inair tightness and poor in insulation effect are solved.
