The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, and particularly relates to a fabricated building structure insulation board. The fabricated building structure insulation board comprises wallboards and insulation layers, wherein the circumferential end faces of the insulation layers are provided with protruding parts, and cavities are further formed in the protruding parts of the insulation layers. Due to the fact that the insulation layers in the adjacent wallboards are fixed through positioning between building components, gaps of the insulation layers are formed at the joints of the wallboards, and the insulation performance of a fabricated building structure is weakened. Therefore, the protruding parts arranged in the insulation layers are matched with the cavities in the insulation layers, under the heating effect in the wallboard assembling process, the gaps between the cavities and the wallboards are filled with a preset foaming agent and a hot melt adhesive material, the insulation layers in the adjacent wallboards are connected, the situation that the insulation performance is affected by the gaps between the fabricated wallboards is avoided, and therefore the construction effect of the fabricated building structure insulation board is improved.
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种装配式建筑结构保温板,包括墙板和保温层;所述保温层的周向端面上设有凸起部,保温层在凸起部中还设有空腔;由于相邻墙板中的保温层通过建筑构件间的定位进行固定,会在墙板的接缝处形成保温层的缝隙,削弱了装配式建筑结构的保温性能;故此,本发明通过设置在保温层中的凸起部,配合保温层中的空腔,使其在墙板装配过程中的加热作用下,利用预设的发泡剂和热熔胶材料,填充满空腔和墙板间的缝隙中,并使相邻墙板中的保温层连接起来,避免装配式墙板间的缝隙对保温性能造成影响,从而提升了装配式建筑结构保温板的施工效果。
