The invention provides a transformation method for additionally installing an escalator on an existing passenger tunnel and station house stand column combined construction structure. The transformation method comprises the following steps that S1, existing line facilities of an existing channel are protected; S2, hole digging piles are constructed on the side, close to a station house, of a channel bottom plate in a pile jumping mode; S3, diagonal bars are constructed between the side walls of the channel; S4, the channel bottom plate, away from the station house side, of the hole digging piles are dismounted, and an escalator foundation pit is dug downwards at the dismounted channel bottom plate, and an escalator foundation pit is excavated downwards at the dismounted channel bottom plate; and S5, concrete layers are poured at the bottom and on the side walls of the escalator foundation pit, and the escalator is installed on the escalator foundation pit. The escalator foundation pitis additionally arranged on the existing channel of the station, so that the escalator is additionally arranged in the existing channel; and meanwhile, the station house beside the existing channel isprotected by additionally arranging the hole digging piles, the existing channel does not need to be dismounted, the station house of the existing station and equipment in the house are prevented from being influenced in the dismounting process, station transportation organization is guaranteed, then the normal operation of the existing line is ensured, and the influence on the passage of passengers is greatly reduced.
