Transformation method for additionally installing escalator in existing passenger tunnel
The invention provides a transformation method for additionally installing an escalator in an existing passenger tunnel. The transformation method comprises the following steps that S1, existing linefacilities are protected; S2, side wall anchor rods are constructed on the side walls of a channel, or struts are arranged between the side walls of the channel; S3, the portion, which is affected, ofa channel bottom plate is dismantled; S4, foundation pit excavation is conducted downwards at the position where the portion, which is affected, of the channel bottom plate is dismantled, foundationpits obtained by excavation in a closed section comprises the escalator foundation pit and the escalator water collection pit, and a foundation pit obtained by excavation in an open section is the escalator foundation pit; S5, in the foundation pit excavation process, foundation pit anchor rods are sequentially constructed on the two sides of the foundation pits from top to bottom; and S6, concrete layers are arranged at the bottoms and the side walls of the foundation pits by pouring. According to the method, the escalator foundation pit and the escalator water collection pit are additionallyarranged on the closed section and the open section of the existing channel, so that the escalator is additionally arranged in the existing channel, and an existing platform canopy or other facilities are prevented from being influenced in the dismounting process; and meanwhile, a temporary bridge is not needed to be constructed to conduct overhead protection on existing lines, so that the normaloperation of the existing lines is guaranteed, and the influence on the passage of passengers is greatly reduced.
本发明提供了一种既有旅客地道加装扶梯的改造方法,其过程如下:S1、对既有线设施进行防护;S2、在通道侧墙施工边墙锚杆,或通道侧墙之间设置对撑杆;S3、拆除受影响部分通道底板,S4、在拆除通道底板处向下开挖基坑,其中,封闭段开挖的基坑包括扶梯基坑和扶梯集水坑,敞开段开挖的基坑为扶梯基坑;S5、开挖基坑过程中,基坑两侧由上至下依次施工基坑锚杆;S6、在基坑的底部和侧壁浇筑一层混凝土层。该发明对既有通道的封闭段和敞开段增设扶梯基坑和扶梯集水坑,以实现在既有通道内加装自动扶梯,避免了拆除过程中影响既有站台雨棚或其它设施,同时亦无需设便桥对既有线进行架空防护,保证了既有线的正常运营,大大减少了对旅客通行的影响。
