The invention provides a lifting and transverse moving comb tooth frame garage. The lifting and transverse moving comb tooth frame garage comprises a vehicle carrying system based on a lifting and transverse moving operation mechanism and adopting a comb tooth exchange technology. The lifting and transverse moving comb tooth frame garage further comprises a ground layer mechanism composed of at least one transverse moving frame, a movable comb tooth frame, a transverse moving unit and a displacement and rotation unit. A member for bearing a vehicle in the vehicle carrying system is a lifting comb tooth frame, and the lifting comb tooth frame on the middle layer is supported by a corresponding transverse moving frame and can transversely move on the layer where the lifting comb tooth frameis located. The lifting comb tooth frame can vertically ascend and descend between the floor where the lifting comb tooth frame is located and the ground floor. The at least one transverse moving frame which supports the movable comb tooth frame and can be driven by the transverse moving unit to move transversely is arranged on the ground layer. The displacement and rotation unit comprises a displacement unit and a rotation unit. The movable comb tooth frame can be driven by the displacement unit to be integrally located at the lane position and then is driven by the rotation unit to rotate by90 degrees till the center line is parallel to the center line of the lane, no chain cable or stand column exists above or around the movable comb tooth frame, and the vehicle directly enters and exits from the lane. The lifting and transverse moving comb tooth frame garage can be used for transformation of new products or existing equipment, and is simple, low in cost, safe, efficient and convenient.
