A detection ball is used for continuously detecting on the to-be-detected ground, so that the flatness condition of the ground is shown through the upward moving or downward moving distance of the detection ball, an alarm is given out when the flatness condition of the ground exceeds an allowable range, a workeris reminded to rework in time, impurities on the ground are removed during detection, and the detection accuracy is further ensured. According to the device, the self-fluidity of water is utilized, astrong buoyancy plate is always tightly attached to the water surface, then the horizontal state of the strong buoyancy plate is guaranteed, the angle change relation between the strong buoyancy plateand the ground is utilized, and the left-right direction and the front-back direction of the ground are shown through visual traces; and the maximum and minimum inclination angles of the ground in the left-right direction and the front-back direction can be calculated.
