The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to a sheet-shaped building waterproof coiled material which comprises a coiled material body of a rectangular or square structure. Fixing assemblies are fixedly arranged on the periphery of the lower end of the coiled material body. Each fixing assembly comprises a pressing strip, a sealing belt, a sealing groove, apositioning belt and a self-adhesive layer. The self-adhesive layer is arranged on the lower end face of the positioning belt, the positioning belt is arranged on the ground surface in an adhesive mode through the self-adhesive layer, the sealing groove is formed in the upper end face of the positioning belt in the length direction, the pressing strips are fixed to the periphery of the lower end of the coiled material body, and sealing belts are fixedly arranged at the lower ends of the pressing strips in the length direction. The coiled material body is embedded into the sealing grooves through the sealing belts to be fixed.
