The invention relates to the field of building concrete quick-drying agents, in particular to an aluminum ion system fluid concrete powder quick-drying agent which comprises a quick-drying component and a dispersing and modifying component, and the quick-drying component is at least two of an aluminum ion-containing compound, aluminate and carbonate; wherein the dispersing and modifying componentsare at least two of amides, polymeric iron salts and polymeric aluminum salts. According to the aluminum ion system fluid concrete powder quick-drying agent, fluid concrete can be converted into drygranulated concrete aggregate through short-time uniform stirring, and the novel treatment mode has the advantages of being high in efficiency, low in cost, small in using amount and capable of fullyutilizing the superior conditions of an existing stirring station for secondary cyclic utilization; therefore, the purposes of recycling and cyclic utilization of residual and returned materials of the flow-state concrete are achieved. The invention further provides a using method of the aluminum ion system fluid concrete powder quick-drying agent.
