The invention relates to a concrete anti-cracking waterproof agent and a preparation method thereof. The concrete anti-cracking waterproof agent is prepared from the following raw materials: calcium sulphoaluminate, phenolic resin, mineral fibers, a coupling agent, fly ash, silicone oil and water according to a proper proportion. The preparation method comprises the steps: firstly, heating the calcium sulphoaluminate to a certain temperature; adding the phenolic resin and the mineral fibers, performing uniform stirring, adding the coupling agent, performing stirring to react for a certain time, adding the fly ash, the silicone oil and the water, and performing stirring and mixing for reaction so as to obtain the concrete anti-cracking waterproof agent finally. The waterproof agent is usedfor concrete, shrinkage generated in the concrete hydration process is effectively reduced on the basis of not affecting the application properties of the concrete, cracks are reduced, shrinkage cracking of the concrete is prevented, and therefore the anti-cracking and waterproof performance of the concrete is greatly improved; and the anti-cracking waterproof agent can achieve the anti-cracking and waterproof effects in concrete at the same time, and the mechanical strength of the concrete is improved to a certain extent.
