The invention relates to a concrete anti-cracking waterproof powder additive and a preparation method thereof. The additive comprises the following components in parts by mass: 2-3 parts of a silane compound coupling agent; 32 to 54 parts of attapulgite powder; 10 to 15 parts of dicumyl peroxide; 3-6 parts of sodium pyrophosphate; 1-2 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate; and 52-70 parts of microcrystalline cellulose, wherein the coupling agent is a silane compound in a powder form with the particle size being 50-80 meshes; the granularity of the attapulgite powder is 1500 to 2000 meshes;the particle size of the dicumyl peroxide is 20 to 50 meshes; the granularity of the sodium pyrophosphate is 50-100 meshes; the granularity of the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate is 400-600 meshes;the particle size of the microcrystalline cellulose is 300-500 meshes. According to the invention, the performances of crack resistance, structural self-waterproofing, splitting tensile strength, bending strength and the like of the concrete can be greatly improved by the additive so that the concrete can be more widely applied in the market.
本发明涉及一种混凝土抗裂防水粉剂添加剂及其制备方法,添加剂的组成成分按质量份计为:硅烷类化合物偶联剂2‑3份;凹凸棒粉32‑54份;过氧化二异丙苯10‑15份;焦磷酸钠3‑6份;十二烷基苯磺酸钠1‑2份;微晶纤维素52‑70份,其中,偶联剂为硅烷类化合物,粒度为50‑80目之间的粉末状;凹凸棒粉的粒度为1500‑2000目;过氧化二异丙苯的粒度为20‑50目;焦磷酸钠粒度为50‑100目;十二烷基苯磺酸钠粒度为400‑600目;微晶纤维素粒度为300‑500目。本发明可大幅度提高混凝土抗裂、结构自防水、劈裂抗拉强度、抗弯强度等性能,有利于混凝土在市场上得到更广泛的应用。
