The invention relates to a grouting material and a preparation method thereof, belongs to the field of engineering materials and particularly relates to a non-shrinkage sleeve grouting material and a preparation method thereof. The non-shrinkage sleeve grouting material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 320-500 parts of cement, 10-50 parts of coal ashes, 400-550 parts of fine aggregates, 10-50 parts of expansion components, 1-20 parts of a water reducer, 0.5-2 parts of a stabilizer, 0.02-1 part of a thickening agent, 0.05-5 parts of polyacrylamide and 60-150 parts of bentonite. The high-strength non-shrinkage sleeve grouting material has the advantages of relatively good mobility, long operable time, stability, fillibility, early strength, high strength and micro-expansibility.
