Tailing-based porous wall-protecting water-permeable material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a tailing-based porous wall-protecting water-permeable material which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 95-99% of tailings, 1-5% of clay, 3-6%of an additional pore-forming agent and 0.5-1.5% of water, and also provides a preparation method of the tailing-based porous wall-protecting water-permeable material, which comprises the following steps: by taking tailings in a mineral resource development and utilization process as a main raw material, performing forming, performing primary processing, performing accurate grinding, selecting beneficiation tailings as a main material, and separating rock debris and water through a large number of hole structures in the blast hole, so while the depth of the blast hole is guaranteed, the adverse effects on the beneficiation process are avoided; the blasting quality can be effectively improved, and a powerful guarantee is provided for subsequent beneficiation.
本发明提供一种尾矿基多孔护壁透水材料,包括以下质量百分比的原料制成:尾矿95‑99%,粘土1‑5%,外加成孔剂3~6%,水0.5~1.5%,同时提供一种尾矿基多孔护壁透水材料的制备方法,以矿产资源开发利用过程中的尾矿为主要原料,经成型,初加工,烧制,精磨加工工艺制成,选用选矿尾矿为主要材料,通过内部的大量孔结构,将岩体碎屑和水体分离,保证爆破孔深度的同时,对选矿工艺不产生不利影响,并可以有效地提高爆破质量,为后续的选矿提供有力的保障。
