The invention relates to a manufacturing method of large-size ceramic product, which comprises the following steps: taking ceramic green body raw materials, crushing, proportionally mixing into greenbody powder, mixing sintered crushed powder which accounts for 2-3% of the weight of the green body powder into the green body powder, and putting into a ball mill to prepare slurry; and adjusting thewater content of the prepared slurry to 20-25%, injecting the slurry into a forming mold consisting of a water-absorbing outer mold and a non-absorbing inner mold; performing dehydration forming, taking out the green body, drying the green body, and glazing the dried green body, and firing the green body in a furnace to obtain the ceramic product. In the invention, the sintering broken powder mixed in the green body raw materials can improve the fluidity of green body slurry, reduce the water content of the slurry and reduce the shrinkage amount in the green body drying process, so that the required strength is quickly achieved. The forming mold composed of the water-absorbing outer mold and the non-absorbing inner mold can overcome the defect of an interlayer in the blank body due to thefact that water is absorbed on the two sides of the blank body at the same time to enable the blank body to move towards the two sides; therefore, strength of the green body can be effectively improved, the green body is prevented from cracking in the demolding, drying and firing processes, and the damage rate is reduced.
一种大尺寸陶瓷器的制作方法,取陶瓷坯体原料并破碎后按比例混合成坯体粉料,在坯体粉料中混入其重量2—3%的烧结破碎粉,然后放入球磨机中制成浆料,制备的浆料含水量调整至20—25%后注入由吸水性外模和非吸收性内模组成的成型模具中,脱水成型后取出干燥,干燥后的坯体上釉后放入炉中烧制成陶瓷器。坯体原料中混入的烧结破碎粉能改善坯体浆料流动性,减少浆料含水量,降低坯体干燥过程中的收缩量,使其迅速达到所需强度。吸水性外模和非吸收性内模组成的成型模具可以避免由于在坯体两侧同时吸水引起坯料向两侧运动而导致的坯体内部夹层缺陷。能够有效提高坯体的强度,避免坯体在脱模、干燥和烧制过程中开裂,降低损坏率。
