Manufacturing method of ceramic product
The invention relates to a manufacturing method of a ceramic product. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: a ceramic powder material, a flexibilizer, a plasticizer and a dispersion enhancer are mechanically mixed according to a preset proportion to obtain prefabricated powder; the mixed prefabricated powder is subjected to drying treatment; the dried prefabricated powder is subjected to ceramic mold shell printing forming through a 3DP printer; the formed ceramic shell is cured and then subjected to powder cleaning treatment; the cleaned ceramic shell is put into an inorganic binder to be subjected to infiltration treatment; drying treatment is performed on the infiltrated ceramic shell; and after the inorganic binder on the ceramic shell is completely dried and cured, the ceramic shell is put into a sintering furnace to be sintered. According to the scheme, the problem that an existing ceramic material is difficult to apply to the 3D printing industry can be solved.
