A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
The invention relates to the technical field of plastic runways, in particular to a plastic runway construction method which is simple in process and capable of preventing a plastic runway from cracking and improving use reliability. The method comprises the following steps: S1, planning an area in a site; s2, integrally cleaning the ground needing to be constructed ; s3, washing the ground with 5-8% diluted hydrochloric acid, and then washing the ground with clean water; s4, using a rolling machine for rolling; s5, uniformly mixing a diatomite and a binder, and then laying the mixture on theground to form a diatomite layer; s6, coating the diatomite layer with waterproof primer after being dried; s7, laying a square reinforcement cage on the waterproof primer; s8, pouring concrete into the reinforcement cage, flattening the surface, and forming a concrete layer; s9, forming a black rubber base layer; s10, mixing PU finish paint with anti-aging and color-change-resistant EPDM rubber particles, evenly spraying the mixture on the surface of the black rubber base layer through a spraying machine, and forming a particle layer; s11, performing scribing; and S12, field self-inspection,local repair and cleaning.
