According to the plastic runway construction method, the width of the plastic surface layer is reasonably planned according to the width of an existing asphalt pavement, then the foundation groove is constructed in the area needing to be matched with the plastic surface layer through engineering machinery, after the foundation groove is constructed according to the thickness of the plastic surface layer, plastic is laid in the foundation groove, mechanical scribing is conducted through anti-ultraviolet white paint, and irregular boundaries are modified by using white paint scribing.
