Corrugated steel web prestressed concrete composite bridge closure section synchronous construction method
The invention provides a corrugated steel web prestressed concrete composite bridge closure section synchronous construction method which comprises the steps of corrugated steel web installation, formwork fixing, steel bar binding and prestressed system installation, stiff framework installation, water tank balance weight, concrete pouring, prestressed tensioning and formwork dismantling. By meansof the characteristics of large rigidity and small deformation of the corrugated steel webs, the corrugated steel webs of the side span closure section and the middle span closure section are synchronously closed firstly, so that after the webs form a complete structural system, the corrugated steel webs are used as bearing components, and top plate concrete and bottom plate concrete are poured;the corrugated steel webs are closed in advance after construction of the last standard section is completed in the gap between an inner box top plate and a hanging basket inner sliding beam, web installation time is reduced, and meanwhile the whole bridge can be closed in advance through the webs to form a whole. The construction frequency is integrally reduced, the construction efficiency of thecombined bridge is greatly improved, the construction cost and resources are saved, and the construction period is shortened.
本发明提供了波形钢腹板预应力混凝土组合桥梁合拢段同步施工方法,包括波形钢腹板安装、模板固定、钢筋绑扎和预应力系统安装、劲性骨架安装、水箱配重、混凝土浇筑、预应力张拉以及模板拆除,本发明利用波形钢腹板刚度大、变形小的特点,先行将边跨、中跨合龙段的波形钢腹板同步合龙,使得腹板形成完整的结构体系后利用波形钢腹板作为承重构件,浇筑顶板及底板混凝土;先行合龙波形钢腹板是在最后一个标准段施工完成后需要拆除内箱顶板及挂篮内滑梁的间隙内完成的,节省了腹板安装的时间,同时整个桥梁可以先行腹板合龙,形成整体;本发明整体降低了施工频率,使得组合桥梁施工工作效率大幅度提高,节约了施工成本和资源,缩短了施工工期。
