Corrugated steel web-segmented prestressed steel tube concrete continuous combined bridge and construction method
The invention provides a corrugated steel web-segmented prestressed steel tube concrete continuous combined bridge and a construction method. The combined bridge comprises a steel tube concrete-corrugated steel web combined box girder and a prefabricated bridge deck slab structure. The steel tube concrete-corrugated steel web combined box girder comprises an inverted trapezoidal structure composed of two steel tube concrete upper chords and two steel tube concrete lower chords, the upper chords and the lower chords are connected through corrugated steel webs, and the two steel tube concrete upper chords are connected through empty steel tubes. The two steel tube concrete lower chords are connected in parallel through a steel plate to form a dumbbell-shaped section; the upper chord member and the upper prefabricated concrete bridge deck slab structure are connected to form a whole to work together, and a bridge is divided into a positive bending moment area and a negative bending moment area to be prefabricated section by section according to the stress state. The produced continuous combined bridge is reasonable in stress, good in crack resistance, good in torsion resistance, high in durability, short in construction period and suitable for large-span and wide-width bridges, and has ideal stress performance, construction performance and comprehensive economic indexes.
本发明提供了一种波形钢腹板‑分段预应力钢管砼连续组合桥梁及施工方法,组合桥梁包括钢管砼‑波形钢腹板组合箱梁和预制桥面板结构;钢管砼‑波形钢腹板组合箱梁包括由两根钢管砼上弦杆和两根钢管砼下弦杆组成的倒梯形结构,上弦杆和下弦杆之间通过波形钢腹板连接,两根钢管砼上弦杆之间通过空钢管连接,两根钢管砼下弦杆之间通过钢板平联连接形成哑铃型截面;所述上弦杆和上部预制混凝土桥面板结构连接形成整体共同工作,按照受力状态,将桥梁划分为正弯矩区和负弯矩区分段预制。本发明生产出的连续组合桥梁受力合理、抗裂性能好、抗扭性能好、耐久性高、施工周期短,适应于大跨、宽幅桥梁,具有理想的受力性能、施工性能和综合经济指标。
