The invention discloses a reinforcing anti-seepage treatment method for riverbed ultra-shallow covering soil in tunnel undercrossing riverway construction. The reinforcing anti-seepage treatment method comprises the following steps that firstly, riverbed desilting is performed, a waterproof film is laid, and an emergency grouting pipeline is buried below the waterproof film; then film bag concreteis laid on the waterproof film, and a covering layer is formed after the film bag concrete is cured; rock blocks are piled and filled around the upper portion of the film bag concrete to form a rockdam, underwater concrete is poured in the middle of the rock dam, and a ballasting layer is formed; and then the ballasting layer is backfilled with bagged soil for ballasting, and finally, a horizontal MJS waterproof curtain is constructed in the riverway direction at a tunnel portal in a launching shaft and a tunnel portal in a receiving shaft before a pipe jacking machine/shield tunneling machine goes out of a tunnel and goes into the tunnel. According to the reinforcing anti-seepage treatment method, the permeation path of river water on the outer side of the tunnel can be effectively prolonged, seepage of an ultra-shallow soil-covered riverbed around the tunnel is prevented, differential settlement of the riverbed is effectively controlled, the pipe jacking machine or a shield tunneling machine head is prevented from floating upwards to jack through river bottom shallow covering soil, the construction safety of the shallow soil-covered river bottom large-section tunnel is improved, and the feasibility of engineering is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种隧道下穿河道施工河床超浅覆土的加固防渗处理方法,包括如下步骤:首先进行河床清淤,铺设防水薄膜,并在防水薄膜下方埋设应急注浆管道;然后在防水薄膜上铺设膜袋混凝土,固化后形成覆盖层;再在膜袋混凝土上部四周堆填块石,形成石坝,石坝中间浇筑水下混凝土,形成压重层;接着在压重层上回填袋装土进行压重,最后在顶管机/盾构机出洞、进洞之前,在始发井、接收井内洞门处向河道方向施工水平MJS止水帷幕。本发明可有效延长河水在隧道外侧的渗透路径,防止隧道周围超浅覆土河床的渗漏,并有效控制河床的不均匀沉降,预防顶管机或盾构机头上浮顶穿河底浅覆土,提高浅覆土河底大截面隧道施工安全性,保证工程的可实施性。
