According to the device, the track trusses, the track pedestalsand the like not only can be recycled, but also can be repeatedly used in multiple projects, so that the recycle utilization rate is high, and the economic benefit is high.
本发明为泄槽底板砼桁架轨道拉模施工装置,解决已有装置轨道用量大,成本高,资源浪费严重的问题。沿泄槽两侧安装轨道桁架,其上端与轨道的底面连接,其下端轨道垫座连接。通过锚固螺杆和螺母与固化砼连接固定,拉模桁架的上梁两端与横梁连接,其下梁与面板连接,横梁的下端与两侧板连接,侧板上的行走轮位于轨道的上面,侧板上的反扣轮位于轨道的侧面,拉模桁架悬挂于两轨道上,轨道垫座保证其上部的背靠背双槽钢连接件上翼缘板顶面高于拉模桁架的下梁至少5cm。拉模桁架的耳板通过钢丝绳与轨道桁架连接。本发明的轨道桁架、轨道垫座等不仅可循环周转使用,还可多个项目重复使用,周转使用率高,经济效益高。
