The buffer devices are arranged at the two ends of the connecting plate, the impact force generated by falling of the tamping hammer can bebuffered, damage to the tamping hammer by the counter-acting force is reduced, the dust suction device is arranged at the lower end of the connecting plate, when the tamping hammer falls, large dustis generated, and the service life of the tamping hammer is prolonged. The dust suction device can reduce dust and environmental pollution, all the work can be converted into electric signals to be completed by the controller, tamping automation can be achieved, manpower and material resources are saved, the working efficiency is improved, and the tamping flat bottom precision is also improved.
本发明通过检测装置对夯实地面高度进行检测,将检测结果通过电信号输入到控制中,可以对地面是否平齐进行判断,可以对地面的高度通过红外线检测测得夯实高度,输入到控制器中,若检测到地面不平需要继续填土夯实的情况,可也通过填沙装置进行填土继续夯实直到夯平为止,在连接板两端设有缓冲装置,可以对夯实锤落下的冲击力进行缓冲,减少了反作用力对夯实锤的损坏,并且在连接板下端装有吸尘装置,在夯实锤下落时,造成很大灰尘,吸尘装置可以减少灰尘的存在,减少了环境污染,上述所有工作都可以转化为电信号由控制器完成动作,可以实现夯实自动化,节省了人力物力,提高了工作效率,夯实平底的精度也有所完善。
