The structure aims to overcome the defects that in the prior art, for arranging a concrete dam, an earth and rockfill dam foundation or a pumped storage power station reservoir bottom with a whole reservoir basin for seepage prevention of a drainageobservation gallery, water is drained to the gallery through a drainage hole, so that the interior of the gallery is relatively humid, and the operation and inspection conditions are poor. The structure comprises drainage observation galleries, wherein gallery drainage holes are formed in the drainage observation galleries, drainage ditches are formed in the two sides of the bottom faces of the drainage observation galleries, drainage catchment pipes are arranged in the drainage ditches, wall drainage pipes are arranged on the inner wall faces of the drainage observation galleries, the wall drainage pipes are communicated with the gallery drainage holes and the drainage catchment pipes, and water measuring weirs are arranged at the intersection of the drainage observation galleries in a segmented mode.
