Offshore wind power foundation installation system and method based on pump skid block application
The invention provides an offshore wind power foundation installation system and method based on pump skid block application. The offshore wind power foundation installation system comprises a negative pressure barrel installation platform, a pump skid block, a pump skid block installation platform and a lifting device. The lifting device is started to put down the pump skid block, the pump skid block is placed on the pump skid block installation platform through a guide device, an upper locking flange of the pump skid block is aligned with a lower locking flange of the pump skid block installation platform, and a water injection and drainage pipeline is connected; a pump skid block pump system is started to drain or inject water into a negative pressure barrel foundation, and thus the negative pressure barrel foundation is installed or detached; and after the pump skid block is released, the lifting device is started, and the pump skid block is lifted out of the water surface and recycled. The pump skid block is applied to install and detach the negative pressure barrel foundation, the pump skid block is rapidly put down, lifted and recycled underwater, and underwater operation ofa diver or an underwater robot is avoided; and the situation that the pump skid block is damaged by sea conditions for a long time, and other construction procedures are affected is avoided, the underwater construction efficiency is improved, and the construction risk and cost are reduced.
本发明提供了一种基于泵撬块应用的海上风电基础安装系统及方法,海上风电基础安装系统包括负压桶安装平台、泵撬块、泵撬块安装平台、提升装置。通过启动提升装置下放泵撬块并通过导向装置放置在泵撬块安装平台上,泵撬块上锁紧法兰与泵撬块安装平台下锁紧法兰对正,注排水管路接通;启动泵撬块泵系统,对负压桶基础进行排水或注水,实现负压桶基础安装或拆除;泵撬块解脱后,启动提升装置,将泵撬块提升出水面并回收。通过应用泵撬块进行负压桶基础的安装、拆除,实现泵撬块水下快速下放、提升及回收,避免潜水员或水下机器人水下作业;避免泵撬块长期受海况侵害,影响其它施工工序,提升水下施工效率、减少施工风险及费用。
