The invention discloses an offshore wind power single pile foundation installation method which comprises the steps that S1, a wind generating set, a tower drum and a pile foundation in a retired wind power foundation are dismantled, and a jacket foundation in the wind power foundation is left in seawater; s2, the upper end face of the jacket foundation is cut according to the size of the replaced pile foundation, so that a construction hole penetrating through the upper end face of the jacket foundation is cut; s3, the replaced pile foundation is inserted into seawater through the construction hole, and the lower end of the replaced pile foundation is inserted into the sea level; s4, grouting is conducted on the lower end portion of the replaced pile foundation; and S5, the replaced pile foundation is welded to the inner circumferential face of the construction hole. The offshore wind power single pile foundation installation method has the advantages of being simple, low in cost and the like.
