The invention discloses a structure for sealing a settlement post-cast strip in advance. According to the method, the settlement post-cast strip at the corresponding position can be sealed in advancein the garden construction and use process; the influence of hogging moment generated by garden construction dynamic load on floor slab structures on the two sides of the post-cast strip is reduced byadditionally arranging a profile steel horizontal supporting and reinforcing mode; the upper part of the settlement post-cast strip is sealed through a steel plate, the yield property of steel is reasonably utilized, the influence of settlement loads of a main body structure on a basement roof is offset, a waterproof protection layer is constructed after the settlement post-cast strip is sealed through the steel plate, the garden load construction condition can be met, and the situation that the maintenance cost of cracking water seepage is increased due to differential settlement of the mainbody structure of the post-cast strip part of the basement roof is avoided; and self-leveling micro-expansion concrete is reasonably utilized, post-cast strip concrete is poured from a concrete pouring steel pipe reserved in advance, it can be guaranteed that the strength of the post-cast strip concrete meets the design requirement, and the compactness of the concrete in the post-cast strip can be ensured.
本发明公开了一种沉降后浇带提前封闭的结构。该方法能够在保证园林施工及使用过程中,提前封闭相应位置的沉降后浇带;通过加设型钢水平支撑加固方式,降低园林施工动荷载产生的负弯矩对后浇带两侧楼板结构的影响;沉降后浇带上部采用钢板封闭,合理利用钢材屈服性能,抵消主体结构沉降荷载对地下室顶板的影响,钢板封闭沉降后浇带而后施工防水保护层,可满足园林荷载施工条件,也避免了地下室顶板后浇带部位因主体结构不均匀沉降导致开裂渗水的维修成本增加,自流平微膨胀混凝土的合理利用,从事先预留的混凝土浇筑钢管浇筑后浇带混凝土,既能保证后浇带混凝土强度达到设计要求,又能保证后浇带内部混凝土密实度。
