The invention discloses a defecation device for unilateral or bilateral lower limb disabled people, and relates to the field of defecation devices, the defecation device comprises a closestool, a closestool seat ring and a water tank, the water tank is arranged on the front side of the closestool and connected through a water pipe, and handrails are arranged on the two sides of the closestool andthe two sides of the water tank; and grooves for hands to pass through are disposed on both sides of the rear end of the closestool seat ring. According to the defecation device for unilateral or bilateral lower limb disabled people, the handrails arranged on the two sides of the closestool and the two sides of the water tank enable the unilateral or bilateral lower limb disabled people to transfer the gravity center of the body conveniently, therefore the unilateral or bilateral lower limb disabled people can move to go to the toilet conveniently; and the grooves are convenient for the unilateral or bilateral lower limb disabled people to clean the front and back private parts after defecation.
