The invention discloses a rainwater diversion equipment for an urban drainage system. The rainwater diversion equipment comprises a bottom plate, a diversion plate, diversion pipes, a water inlet pipe, a cover plate and a diversion mechanism, wherein the diversion plate is connected to the lower portion of the front side of the bottom plate, the diversion pipes are connected to the left side and the right side of the front side of the bottom plate, the water inlet pipe is connected to the top ends of the two diversion pipes, the front sides of the water inlet pipe and the diversion pipes are detachably connected with the cover plate through bolts, and the diversion mechanism is installed on the bottom plate and used for dividing rainwater. According to the rainwater diversion equipment, the diversion mechanism can be controlled by a remote controller to divert rainwater, and garbage in the water inlet pipe and the diversion pipes can be cleaned by opening the cover plate, so that the garbage can be quickly cleaned, and the time can be further saved; a first gear can be helped to drive a fan-shaped gear to rotate through a power assisting mechanism, and therefore abrasion of the first gear and the fan-shaped gear can be avoided; and impurities can be blocked through a countercurrent protection mechanism, and the situation that an elastic plate cannot be reset due to the fact that the impurities flow into a gap between the elastic plate and the water inlet pipe is avoided.
