The invention discloses a connecting joint of adjacent prefabricated modules. The connecting joint comprises a first lower prefabricated module, a second lower prefabricated module, a first upper prefabricated module and a second upper prefabricated module, wherein embedded sleeves are embedded in top plates of the first lower prefabricated module and the second lower prefabricated module correspondingly, and openings of the embedded sleeves face upwards; vertical through holes are formed in bottom plates of the first upper prefabricated module and the second upper prefabricated module correspondingly; a connecting piece is arranged in each embedded sleeve and penetrates through the corresponding through hole; and the lower ends of the connecting pieces are fixedly connected with the embedded sleeves, and the upper ends of the connecting pieces are fixed into the bottom plates of the first upper prefabricated module and the second upper prefabricated module correspondingly. With the adoption of the connecting joint of the adjacent prefabricated modules, the connecting problem of the top plates and the bottom plates of the upper prefabricated modules and the lower prefabricated modules is solved, thus connection of the four adjacent prefabricated modules is simple, the difficulty of site construction is greatly lowered, and the integrity of a modular building is improved.
本发明公开了相邻预制模块的连接节点,包括第一下方预制模块、第二下方预制模块、第一上方预制模块和第二上方预制模块,所述第一下方预制模块、第二下方预制模块的顶板内均预埋有预埋套筒,所述预埋套筒的开口朝上;所述第一上方预制模块、第二上方预制模块的底板均开设有竖直的贯通孔;每一个所述预埋套筒中均设置有连接件,所述连接件贯穿相应的所述贯通孔,所述连接件的下端与所述预埋套筒固定连接,所述连接件的上端固定于相应的所述第一上方预制模块和第二上方预制模块的底板内。本发明解决了上下预制模块顶板和底板的连接问题,从而使得四个相邻的预制模块的连接变得简单,大量减少现场施工的难度,提升了模块化建筑的整体性。
