Mixed fiber regenerated water permeable brick and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a mixed fiber regenerated water permeable brick and a preparation method thereof. The water permeable brick comprises a bent frame, a concrete material and a plurality of steelpipes; the bent frame comprises a plurality of bamboo fiber connecting bands, a plurality of bamboo fiber connecting sleeves and a plurality of steel fiber bands; the bamboo fiber connecting sleeves are each of a hollow cylindrical structure with the upper end and the lower end being open, the bamboo fiber connecting sleeves are arranged at intervals in a matrix mode, and the bamboo fiber connecting bands connect the bamboo fiber connecting sleeves in a criss-cross mode; the multiple steel pipes are respectively fixed in the bamboo fiber connecting sleeves; and the multiple steel fiber bands are respectively clamped in sandwich structures of the bamboo fiber connecting belts. According to the mixed fiber regenerated water permeable brick and the preparation method thereof, the bent frame used for limiting and fixing the multiple steel pipes is arranged, the steel pipes facilitate the water drainage of a brick body, the bent frame comprises a steel fiber net made of steel fibers and thebamboo fiber connecting belts made of bamboo fibers, and different kinds of fibers remarkably improve the tensile strength, the bending resistance, the impact resistance and the water permeability ofthe water permeable brick, the common problems of common concrete permeable bricks are overcome, and the application prospect of the recycled permeable brick is expanded.
本发明提供一种混合纤维再生透水砖及其制备方法,透水砖包括排架、混凝料和多个钢管;排架包括多条竹纤维连接带、多个竹纤维连接套和多条钢纤维带,多个竹纤维连接套均为上下两端均敞口的中空筒状结构且相互间隔并以矩阵形式排列,多条竹纤维连接带纵横交错的将各个竹纤维连接套连接,多个钢管分别置定于各个竹纤维连接套内,多条钢纤维带分别夹在各条竹纤维连接带的夹层结构内。本发明设置了用于限位及固定多个钢管的排架,钢管利于砖体排水,并且排架中包含钢纤维的钢纤维网和竹纤维的竹纤维连接带,不同种类的纤维不仅显著地改善透水砖的抗拉、抗弯、抗冲击及透水性能,而且克服了普通混凝土透砖的常见问题,扩展了再生透水砖的应用前景。
