High-impermeability continuous roof system
The invention discloses a high-impermeability continuous roof system, and belongs to the technical field of buildings. A flush side-attaching water guide column is arranged at the joint of a roof panel body, hydrophobic sealing strips are conventionally arranged on the inner side of the side-attaching water guide column for seepage prevention, and rain blocking steel wires are arranged in advanceto intercept and guide rainwater, so that gathering of the rainwater at the hydrophobic sealing strips is reduced; meanwhile, seepage-sensing expansion rods are introduced into the hydrophobic sealingstrips, magnetic drive variable anti-seepage balls and water absorption balls are arranged at the corresponding ends, the arc-shaped characteristic and the water swelling characteristic of the seepage-sensing expansion rods are utilized, and once water seeps into a joint, the anti-seepage action of the seepage-sensing expansion rods is triggered immediately, the seepage-sensing expansion rods areexpanded and force the magnetic drive variable anti-seepage balls to move in the preset extending direction, so that the magnetic drive variable anti-seepage balls on the adjacent hydrophobic sealingstrips are connected under the magnetic action; and meanwhile, the hydrophobic sealing strips are driven to deform in a flat s mode, a natural anti-seepage belt is formed, and the anti-seepage performance of the continuous roof system is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种高抗渗性连续屋面系统,属于建筑技术领域,可以实现在屋面板本体的连接处设置齐平的描边导水脊柱,并在描边导水脊柱内侧常规性设置疏水密封条进行抗渗,并预先设置拦雨钢丝对雨水进行拦截和导流,减少雨水在疏水密封条处的聚集,同时在疏水密封条内引入感渗膨胀棒,并在对应端部设置磁驱变抗渗球和吸水球,利用感渗膨胀棒的弧形特点和遇水膨胀的特性,一旦有水在接缝处渗入,立即触发感渗膨胀棒的抗渗动作,其开始膨胀并迫使磁驱变抗渗球沿预先设置的延伸方向进行移动,使得相邻的疏水密封条上的磁驱变抗渗球在磁性作用建立连接,同时带动疏水密封条进行平s式的形变,从而形成天然的抗渗带,大大提高连续屋面系统的抗渗性。
