The invention discloses a high-impermeability concrete compacting agent, and belongs to the field of building auxiliary materials. In the invention, epoxy resin is treated by binding macromolecular polymerizations, so that a high-flexibility cross-linked network system is constructed, the effect of retarding microcrack diffusion is achieved and the anti-cracking performance can be effectively improved; in addition, the capillary network can be sealed by combining other components so as to improve the impermeable effect. Pentaerythritol, 4,4'-dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate and the like are subjected to a reaction, wherein polyvinyl alcohol phosphate is added for end-capping treatment, so that a main body with high density and good impermeability is formed. Firstly, the curing and drying speed and efficiency are increased, and secondly, cross-linking can occur inside to form an impermeable film layer, so that permeation cracking is avoided. The concrete compacting agent solves the problem that the common concrete compacting agent has poor effects of improving crack resistance and impermeability of concrete at present.
本发明公开了一种高抗渗混凝土密实剂，属于建筑助剂材料领域。本发明对环氧树脂进行处理，结合大分子聚合，构建高柔韧性交联网络体系，起到阻滞微裂纹扩散的作用，能够使得防开裂性能得以有效提高，并可结合其它组分对毛细管网进行封闭，加强防渗效果，以季戊四醇、4,4'‑二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯等进行反应，并加入聚乙烯醇磷酸酯进行封端处理，形成具有高密度、良好防渗性能的主体，一方面加快固化干燥的速度和效率，另一方面可在内部发生交联形成防渗透膜层，避免渗透开裂的发生。本发明解决了目前常用混凝土密实剂对混凝土的抗裂、抗渗性能提高效果不佳的问题。
