Grooves formed by the convex circular truncated cones protruding out of the two faces of the rigid layer are filled with the staggered metal fiber filaments, the metal fiber filaments are provided with a mildew preventive and an insect repellent agent through the spraying process, and the rigid layer is clamped by the blister sheet base layer and the installation bottom layer. The concave-convex table is adopted to form the rigid layer, and has good supporting performance; and meanwhile, the thicknesscan be controlled through a stamping die in actual production, and the model of the forming thickness of the plate is well controlled.
