The invention discloses a drift rescue station with a telescopic rescue arm. The drift rescue station comprises a first supporting assembly, wherein the first supporting assembly is composed of a base, four supporting columns and a first supporting plate, a second supporting assembly is arranged at the top of the first supporting plate, the second supporting assembly is composed of a first rotating shaft, a second supporting plate, two vertical plates, two second rotating shafts and a supporting block, and a telescopic arm assembly is arranged at the top of the supporting block. According to the drift rescue station, an electromagnetic brake motor drives a gear to rotate, the rescue arm can extend out towards the middle of a river channel through the rotation of the gear, after a spring hook is hung on a drift ship, the electromagnetic brake motor drives the gear to rotate reversely so that the rescue arm can retract towards the shore, when the rescue arm retracts, the drift ship can be pulled to the shore through the spring hook, so that the labor intensity of workers can be reduced, and the rescue of the drift ship is facilitated.
