The invention discloses a fence structure with a security and protection monitoring function. The fence structure comprises a fence assembly, a security and protection monitoring assembly arranged onthe fence assembly and comprising an infrared sensor, a monitoring photographing device and a discharge warning device, a controller electrically connected with the infrared sensor, the monitoring photographing device and the discharge warning device, and a solar assembly arranged on the fence assembly and used for providing electric energy for the security and protection monitoring assembly and the controller. The fence structure with the security and protection monitoring function, is an application of a novel off-grid system on a protective fence, the infrared sensor and the monitoring photographing device can monitor in real time, the solar assembly is used for supplying power to realize a more environment-friendly effect, and meanwhile, when foreign personnel or animals approach, thedischarge warning device discharges to cause electric shock to warn foreign personnel or animals of being away from the periphery of the fence assembly.
