Papermaking wastewater recycling method
The invention relates to the technical field of papermaking, in particular to a papermaking wastewater recycling method. The papermaking wastewater recycling method comprises the following steps: lignin extraction: collecting waste liquid extruded from the interior of a paper machine, cooling, conveying the cooled waste liquid into a cooking furnace through a pump machine, concentrating the wasteliquid by adopting a low-temperature concentration process, and separating solid from liquid through a solid-liquid separator, so as to obtain solid, namely lignin, and collecting the liquid; and pretreatment of the cooking waste liquid: conveying the cooking waste liquid into a heating furnace through the pump machine. Through the technological processes of lignin extraction, cooking waste liquidpretreatment, cyclic cooking, black liquor primary treatment, black liquor secondary treatment, lignin reutilization and the like, the effect of fully recycling waste water generated by papermaking is achieved. Meanwhile, the problem that an existing papermaking wastewater treatment mode is used for treating the papermaking wastewater according to the principle of reducing the pollution of the papermaking wastewater, and the treatment mode cannot fundamentally solve the wastewater pollution is solved.
本发明涉及造纸技术领域，尤其为一种造纸废水回收再用方法，包括以下步骤；木质素的提取：将造纸机内部挤出的废液进行收集，并且进行降温，然后通过泵机将冷却后的废液输送进蒸煮炉中，然后采用低温浓缩工艺将其浓缩，然后通过固液分离器将固液分离，固体即为木质素，液体进行收集；蒸煮废液预处理：将蒸煮废液通过泵机输送进加热炉中；本发明通过木质素的提取、蒸煮废液预处理、循环蒸煮、黑液初步处理、黑液二次处理和木质素的再利用等工艺流程，达到了将造纸产生的废水进行充分再利用的效果，同时解决了现有的造纸废水处理方式是以降低其污染性的原则来进行处理的，这种处理方式无法从根本处解决废水污染的问题。
