Low-position beam transporting vehicle
The invention provides a low-position beam transporting vehicle. Walking steps of a step-shaped structure is arranged on the lower portion of the inner side wall between two main beams, a rear beam carrying trolley comprises a rear trolley cross beam, walking beams, a connecting beam and a bearing beam, the two walking beams are fixed to the left end and the right end of the rear trolley cross beam respectively, the bottoms of the walking beams are located on the walking steps, and the front and rear ends of the walking beams are connected with a rear traction system; the bearing beam is arranged towards the front end of the frame in the horizontal direction and fixed to the lower portion of the rear trolley cross beam through the connecting beam. According to the low-position beam transporting vehicle, a front beam carrying trolley and the rear beam carrying trolley longitudinally move along different rails at different heights respectively, and traction systems adopted by the front beam carrying trolley and the rear beam carrying trolley are also mounted on the frame at different heights, so that the bearing height of the bearing box beam can be effectively reduced, and the vehicle can easily pass through a tunnel; and the longitudinal moving range of the rear beam carrying trolley is expanded, so that the vehicle is more flexible in the working process of beam conveying andfeeding.
本发明提供了一种低位运梁车,两根主梁之间的内侧壁的下部设置有台阶状结构的走行台阶,后驮梁小车包括后小车横梁、行走梁、连接梁和承托梁,两个行走梁分别固定于后小车横梁的左右两端,行走梁的底部位于走行台阶上,行走梁的前后两端与后牵引系统相连;承托梁沿水平方向朝车架前端设置,承托梁通过连接梁固定于后小车横梁的下方。该低位运梁车中前驮梁小车和后驮梁小车分别在不同的高度、沿着不同的轨道进行纵向移动,同时两者所采用的牵引系统也安装在车架上不同的高度,因此本发明中能够有效降低承托箱梁的承托高度易于过隧,且扩大了后驮梁小车的纵向移动范围,使其在运梁、喂梁的工作过程中更加灵活。
