Water-permeable asphalt concrete as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to water-permeable asphalt concrete and a preparation method and application thereof. The water-permeable asphalt concrete is prepared from, by weight, 200-400 parts of coarse aggregate, 20-40 parts of fine aggregate, 40-50 parts of fly ash, 80-120 parts of Portland cement, 80-120 parts of modified asphalt, 10-20 parts of enhancer, 10-20 parts of water reducing agent and 120-180 parts of water; wherein the fine aggregate comprises expanded vermiculite and/or expanded perlite; and the average particle size of the fine aggregate is 2-4mm. Through specific setting of the components of the water-permeable asphalt concrete and specific selection of the weight parts of the components, the obtained water-permeable asphalt concrete not only has excellent water permeability, but also has relatively high mechanical properties, and is suitable for pavement materials and bridge deck materials under different conditions.
本发明涉及一种透水沥青混凝土及其制备方法与应用,以重量份数计,所述透水沥青混凝土包括:粗骨料200‑400份、细骨料20‑40份、粉煤灰40‑50份、硅酸盐水泥80‑120份、改性沥青80‑120份、增强剂10‑20份、减水剂10‑20份、水120‑180份;所述细骨料包括膨胀蛭石和/或膨胀珍珠岩;所述细骨料的平均粒径为2‑4mm。本发明通过对透水沥青混凝土组分的特定设置以及各种成分重量份数的特定选择,使所得透水沥青混凝土不仅具有优良的透水性能,还能兼具较高的力学性能,适用于不同条件下的路面材料与桥面材料。
