Permeable asphalt recycling agent, recycled asphalt concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a permeable asphalt regenerant which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of acid modified light oil, 1-3 parts of methacrylate, 1-2 parts of dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid and 1-5 parts of resin, wherein the acid-modified light oil component is obtained by mixing a light oil component with water, heating, sequentially adding alkali and sulfuric acid, and respectively carrying out heat preservation reaction. The permeable asphalt regenerant disclosed by the invention can effectively permeate into aged asphalt to promote the recovery of the performance of the aged asphalt; meanwhile, when the permeable regenerant is used for preparing the recycled asphalt concrete, the permeable regenerant can be further subjected to chemical reaction with a provided alkaline reactant, formation of a cross-linked network is promoted, mucilage of the recycled asphalt concrete is enhanced, the strength, water temperature performance, high and low temperature performance and the like of the obtained recycled concrete can be effectively considered, and the permeable regenerant is suitable for popularization and application.
本发明公开了一种渗透型沥青再生剂,各组分及其所占重量份数包括:酸改性轻质油分100份,甲基丙烯酸酯1~3份,十二烷基苯磺酸1~2份,树脂1~5份;其中,酸改性轻质油分将轻质油分与水混合,加热,依次加入碱和硫酸分别进行保温反应得到。本发明所述渗透型沥青再生剂可有效渗透进入老化沥青,促进恢复老化沥青的性能;同时利用该渗透性再生剂制备再生沥青混凝土时,能够进一步与提供的碱性反应剂发生化学反应,促进形成交联网络,对再生沥青混凝土的胶浆进行增强,可有效兼顾所得再生混凝土的强度、水温性能和高、低温性能等,适合推广应用。
