The invention discloses a high-flow-state hole sealing material for an underground mine and a using method. The high-flow-state hole sealing material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 95-105 parts of superfine cement, 0.03-0.05 part of a retarder, 0.2-0.5 part of a water reducing agent and 8-10 parts of an expanding agent; and the superfine cement is superfine Portland cement.The using method comprises the steps that water and the hole sealing material are mixed according to the weight part ratio of (0.8-1): 1, the mixture is stirred to be uniform to form slurry, and theslurry is conveyed to the extraction pipe through the grouting pump. The superfine cement is adopted in the high-flow-state hole sealing material, so that the hole sealing material can effectively permeate into cracks of a drilled coal seam, and the grouting efficiency and the hole sealing quality are improved; by adding the water reducing agent, the water demand of the cement is reduced, and thefluidity of the cement is improved; due to the addition of the expanding agent, the expansibility of the cement is improved, the shrinkage of the cement is improved, no pore is generated, and the sealing effect of the cement is enhanced; the retarder is added, so that the hydration heat of the superfine cement material can be effectively reduced, and the hole sealing safety is ensured.
本发明公开一种井下矿用的高流态封孔材料及使用方法,所述高流态封孔材料按重量份计包括:超细水泥95‑105份;缓凝剂0.03‑0.05份、减水剂0.2‑0.5份、膨胀剂8‑10份;超细水泥为型超细硅酸盐水泥。所述使用方法包括:按照水与封孔材料的重量份比为(0.8‑1):1混合,搅拌均匀成浆状,通过注浆泵将浆体输送至抽采管。本发明高流态封孔材料中采用超细水泥,使封孔材料可以有效渗入钻孔煤层裂隙中,提高了注浆效率以及封孔质量;减水剂的添加使得水泥的需水量降低,提高了水泥的流动性;膨胀剂的添加提高了水泥的膨胀性,改善了水泥收缩,不会产生孔隙,从而加强了水泥的密封效果;缓凝剂的添加可以有效减少超细水泥材料水化热,保证封孔安全。
